- ·All services are based on single transfers within standard office working hours. Earlier or later arrivals / departures will incur additional cost.
- ·Hotels listed may be replaced without prior notice with properties of similar category. Cancellation charges apply as per company policy.
- ·An initial non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of confirmation, along with passport copies of each passenger, to issue air tickets, apply for visas and confirm hotels.
- ·Full payment is required 30 days prior to the departure date.
- ·If the departure is within 30 days of travel, full payment must be made at the time of confirmation.
- ·Cancellation 30–16 days prior: 50% of the total tour cost.
- ·Cancellation 15–08 days prior: 75% of the total tour cost.
- ·Cancellation 07–00 days prior: 100% of the total tour cost.
